Lovemexessories DOES NOT offer any returns or refunds.

Here at Lovemexessories we pack all of our items with extra care as well as double check that no item is sent faulty. We make sure that the items you order arrive to you in the best possible condition. If items arrives damaged (due to its journey through USPS) please be sure to notify us right away/ same day upon receiving.

Lovemexessories IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered. If this is a case you run into you must file a case with USPS. If packages still say ‘IN TRANSIT’ you must still contact USPS and they will assist you.
