1) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and also offer SHOP PAY & AFTER PAY 

2) Do you ship world wide?

Yes, we ship world wide

3) Does your jewelry tarnish?

Our jewelry does not tarnish. We do always recommend to keep jewelry away from extremely harsh chemicals and to always make sure that jewelry is the first thing you take off at night and the last thing you put on in the morning.

4) How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, if you provided an email address you will received a confirmation email stating your order was received. Once your order passes the processing stages (normally 2-3 days after you place the order) you will then receive another email with your tracking number that can be tracked via the United States Postal Service website. If for some reason you did not receive any emails please reach out to us at Lovemexessories@gmail.com 

5) How long does shipping take?

Once order is placed processing takes 2-3 days from the date order placed. Shipping takes about 1-2 days. Our shipping is priority and is insured. 

USPS Tracking Terms:

Manifest Pick up - Your order is ready to be shipped and waiting for USPS to pick it up from us.

Pick Up Scan:  USPS has picked up your package and it is on its way to you

In Transit: your order is on its way

Out for Delivery: your item is close to its destination and on its way by USPS to your mailbox

Exception: This unlikely scenario means USPS had an issue delivering to the address you provided or encountered an inconvenience and most likely took the package back to the post office.
